A bit about me...
Let me tell you a little bit about myself - well the first thing you need to know is that I'm a hairdresser and have been running my own hair and beauty business in this wonderful industry of ours for the last 10 years.
Over the last two years I have been focusing a lot on self-development and how my business strategies and personal life go hand in hand. During this time, I have completed extensive training with Alan and his team, including Business Masters, Fantastic ME and now Fantastic Coaching! These are just a few of the amazing opportunities I've had to develop myself and others to BE Fantastic! So when I discovered the Fantastic Coaching concept, I decided to jump at the chance to use all the knowledge I have learnt over the last 10 years and train to become a Fantastic Coach.

It's OK - There are options in the questions to indicate you don't have the relevant information. This is the strength of this process though - if we are asking for information you don't have, that's a learning for you straight away!
Remember this process is not about judgement, it's about identifying the imbalances and gaps in your business so that you know where to put your focus in the future.

The questionaire is in two parts - the first is identifying what you do or don't do - where are the gaps.
So for example you might be asked if you run regular team meetings - the questionaire is multiple choice so depending on which answer you choose helps me to help you!
The second part is brilliant as it focuses on your leadership personality - you will find it fascinating - I promise!
