You won't be sharing any intimate information about your business at this stage - the questions are structured to identify the strengths and weaknesses in your business and leadership style. It will take you 30 mins max to fill out the questionaire.
Secondly, you will receive a report from a Fantastic Hairdresser Licensed Coach, based on the results of your questionaire. Invaluable confidential feedback on your business to help you focus on the future.
Finally, your coach will arrange a short coaching telephone call with you to go through the results and answer any questions you may have. They will also take you through the final tool of the INVESTIGATE process, giving you a perfect visual understanding on where to focus your action, in order to achieve the success you desire.

Will I have to provide confidential information?
Not at this stage, no. The questionnaire is created in such a way that it isn't necessary for you to do so. However, even if you did, or want to work closely with your coach in the future, then we can assure you that all your information is treated in the strictest confidence. We have been working at this level in the salon industry with some of the biggest names in the business - many of whom are in direct competition with each other. There is no way we would have lasted this long if we didn't treat your information with the respect and confidentiality it deserves.
What happens if I want to do more than INVESTIGATE my business?
