90 Days Fantastic Focus!
Well, we hope that you found Step 1: Investigate - worthwhile.
Now it's time to look at Step 2: Focus
We've said all along that there is no commitment or obligation - we feel it's up to us to be FANTASTIC enough that you want to continue working with your coach, but if that's not to be right now - that's OK. Investigate should have given you direction at least, highlighting what needs to be implemented or changed and where you need to put your focus.
However, if you want some help along the way, that's what we're here for.
It's always the big question for any small/medium sized business - "Who motivates the motivator?"
Stage 2 of My Fantastic Coach is 'FOCUS'.
It's based on the Fantastic 90 Day Plan, that Alan created a while ago for the salons he works with. It's an amazing tool that allows you to focus on goals to fly but then breaks it down into small chunks that are very achievable and measurable.
I will work with you to achieve the following:

Help you to identify your 12-24 month goals

Make sure you are also focusing on why you want to achieve your goals as well as what the goals are.

Help to break the larger goal into key action areas and achievable/measurable steps

Using a piece of brilliant software, they will create your 90-day plan which you can both access - So you know exactly where you are going and what you need to be doing, whilst your coach can see how you are doing real-time.

That's the first week - Now the fun starts! You will have the next 10 days mapped out and halfway through that period your coach will email you to see how you're doing and provide any help or support they feel will help - this could be just some motivation, a kick up the backside or some specific learning content that they feel will help you at that precise time.

Another 5 days and It's time for your next coaching call - together you will review where you are, what's working what isn't before planning the next 10 days. Another touch base by email halfway through again, before your next call to start again.
That's it, we will be working with you in 10-day segments, but will still be focused on the longer term future at all times. This system ensures you are taking consistent action on the small steps you need to take, to achieve your goals.
Imagine what that will be like for 3 months - 90 days! Surely it will give you the kickstart needed to take action, the motivation to keep going and the structure to make sure it stays consistent.
How much is it?
As it's a 90-day plan we have structured it around 3 monthly payments of £299 per month, however as you have just completed INVESTIGATE there is a discounted price of £249 per month for the initial 90 day period if you make your decision to move on to FOCUS within the next 3 days, saving you £150!
Finally, we want to be defined by how good we are and the value we provide rather than by a contract you are tied into - so you can opt out of FOCUS with 1 months notice at any time.*
That's it - after your 90 days are finished it's up to you and your coach to decide what's next. The first 2 stages of My Fantastic Coach are very structured to ensure we are giving a consistent level of support to everyone. The third level; CHANGE, will have clear and obvious objectives after the 90 days which will be very individual and specific, so therefore it needs to be a conversation between yourself and your coach at that time.
For example, you may be loving the structure of the 90-day plan and want to continue on a month by month basis, or perhaps you want to have a break and come back to it in a few months, or of course you could feel that you have gained exactly what you wanted and it's time to stop. When you then add in the extra individual qualities each coach brings it's clear that you can personalise My Fantastic Coach as much as you need.
